Refund & Store Policy

At Advent World, we want you to love every product you receive. We are committed to quality and customer satisfaction.

If your order arrives with a printing error, manufacturing defect, damaged item, or visible quality issue, we will gladly provide a replacement or resolution. To help us process your request quickly, please send clear photos of the item on a flat, well-lit surface along with your order number to:

store@adventworld.org

Because many of our products are made-to-order, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for sizing issues or buyer’s remorse.

Cancellations

Product Orders Cancellation Policy

All products are made-to-order specifically for you.

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please use the link provided in your order confirmation email before the order enters production.

Once an order enters production, cancellations are no longer guaranteed. However, if there is a quality issue after delivery, you may contact us within 30 days of receiving your order for assistance.

Donations and Tips Cancellation Policy

Donations and tips are non-cancellable and non-refundable once submitted.

Membership Subscription Cancellation Policy

Memberships may be cancelled at any time through your Billing page.

Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Current membership periods are non-refundable.

Damaged or Quality Issues

For the fastest resolution, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the issue
  • Photos taken on a flat, well-lit surface
  • Visible tags and affected areas if applicable

Refund Policies

Product Orders Refund Policy

Because products are made-to-order, refunds, returns, and exchanges are only offered for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Refund requests must include photographic proof of the issue.

PayPal Refunds

Refunds issued through PayPal typically appear in your PayPal balance within 24 business hours.

Credit/Debit Card Refunds

Refunds issued to credit or debit cards may take approximately 7–10 business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Donations and Tips Refund Policy

Donations and tips are non-refundable.

Membership Subscription Refund Policy

Membership subscriptions are non-refundable.

You may cancel your membership at any time, and cancellation will become effective at the end of your active billing period.

Locked Messages Refund Policy

Locked messages are non-refundable once purchased.

Orders are processed securely through our merchandising and ecommerce partner, Fourthwall.

Fourthwall assists with payment processing, fulfillment, and certain order-related services.
